This flow chart represents the situation at work; I have been blamed for a problem which I have warned for myself repeadetly. This case has been a official first warning. Two more mistakes and they'll kick me out.

Intimidating a black sheep is much more cheaper than listening to him and spend some money to solve the problem forever, I understand that! I can't blame you for being blatantly ignorant!
Twenty-four years of service is obviously negligible, if you have such dear friends who lick your ass every day, my dear squinted skewmouth stinkbreath boss, I can understand that, no worries!
