it's kind of tricky to get this applet working locally, i'll email you some stuff to try to help
i'm still working on the ability for us to save an image without committing it to the board (sort of a work in progress image saving) so that you can play around with something for a while until you feel like making it public

hy,
i can email you the dir with the applet inside if you want. so you only need to open the html file; but i do not know how to save the images on the hard drive, and if it is possible at all... but maybe you already figured it out--- c

i am pointing out the obvious here, but for the time being,if you really want to thug it out, create a 300x300 pixel .png canvas in photoshop (or extra thuggish, count out the same size canvas in MS Paint, save as .png) and drawr/save in MS Paint- virtually the same brush set, color model, etc. as the applet. Glitching and other stuff may not be totally do-able, but it's like methadone, it will stave off the hunger pangs.

i wish to make this app with some extras, like seeing the bezier in zoom. also some keyboard controls for perfect pixelisms. so i will hollar when i get to that, shouldn't be hard with Processing already having so many features built into the language (java plus tricks for visuals)

YES BEZIER IN ZOOM

that's something i want too - i've written up a draft of features for a new applet i've been hoping to cook up myself since this whole draw fiesta started with a major slant towards pixel
