dont think in words, but sensations thats what ive noticed gets the sleep flowing

thats good! remindes me how i once tried the kitchenzen meditation of closing my eyes and trying not to label the sounds around me. (if for instance you hear a dog barking, just listen, but don't think: "oh, theres a [dog] [barking] .....) i fell asleep like 1 minute into the exercise :D

nice draw!! i do progressive paradoxical relaxation starting with my head and working my way down my body, tightening muscles with as much tension i can muster and letting go, i've never made it all the way to my feet without falling asleep first.
