the new guy at work likes to listen to 94.5 THE BUZZ "new rock alternative" can anybody tell me why the FUCK i want to listen to shit that sucked ASSSSSSS when it came out 15 years ago? and what the hell is NEW about listening to pearl jams jeremy or unforgiven (metallica) or that rooster song by alice in chains 10X a fucking day padded by a minimum of 80% commercial to 20% "music" ratio...what the fuck?! what the FUCK!?!?!
trin 2/28/2007 - 7:35:21 am

mf 2/28/2007 - 7:38:23 am
2 guys in my department. one listens to AM sports radio all day, the other listens to B96, the latest in the worst rap and R&ZZzzzz ever! funny thing is, he's a "rude boy", as they say. so, i feel your pain
ethermonkey 2/28/2007 - 8:06:04 am
whenever i'm in a similar situation, i find it reminds me of my mortality.
we work so hard to exist to the left of these sonic trends, and then,
as "adults", this sick history bites us anyway.
my deepest condolences.

I feel for you.
I said, "fuck the bullshit" and bought a HUGE pair of Sony headphones. I look like a DJ. Now I can listen to whatever the fuck I want, and not only that but nobody bothers me cause they know I can't hear them, and they get sick of me saying "huh?" every five minutes.

im sure the same company that owns the buzz owns Chicago's version. They got that new format. "ON SHUFFLE". I find it kinda funny, actually. seems to say that their isnt shit getting put out anymore that has any form of decency to it, so, lets dig up the one-hit-wonders of the 90's and market off that and try to get the now late 20's early 30 somethings back. ugh....

and HD radio??? what the hell is that?!? that seems a bit redundant, eh?
ps: the radio frequency that oscillates at 96.3Hz should be constantly bombarded with another frequency at the same Hz, but in opposite phase to completely cancel it out!

...now they're calling it "Free FM" to compete with the pay-to-listen satellite radio coverage, like WJFK 106.7 FM in D.C.

Its ok... I hear 'Takin Care of Business' 'Some Kinda Wonderful' and 'Fly Like An Eagle'... oh and 'Old Time Rock and Roll' 30,000 fucking times a day.
